With Apple set to release the iPad 3 within 24 hours, and with lots of speculation as to the hardware changes already been discussed on the blogsphere, people are now turning their attention to speculating at the software.
In a post on his official blog, the hacker known as "Chronic," who is a member of the iOS jailbreaking community, citing a "very solid source" revealed that there are 2 secret features coming with iOS 5.1 - anticipated to be released with the iPad 2 - or possibly iPad HD.
We would love to see your guesses as to what those secret features might be.
We have heard about the new category that has been posted to the AppStore - Catalogues -, and the Japanese version of Siri, but could there be something really new coming that we don't have any idea about.
Feel free to post your ideas here - and we will all see together tomorrow.
1. iOS on Apple TV (full HD). Apps to hit TV screen. Siri to control the experience across the room.
ReplyDelete2. Using iTunes to initially replace PayPal and then disintermediate payment networks and merchant gateways.
3. Apple Transaction Bank status to support 2.
4. Apple devices replace credit cards linked to 2 & 3, then Visa/MC/Amex go out of business.
Good points - and Dictation on iPad for the first time - but not Siri
